Shipping Information

All orders are subject to postage and handling fees, which cover the cost of packaging materials, labor, and administrative expenses associated with the shipping process. These fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. The applicable postage and handling fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

For our Australian customers:

AUS/NZ Orders:

Orders containing $100AUD or more of physical products, qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping is sent via standard Australia Post

Orders $50 - $99AUD of physical products qualify for flat rate shipping of $10AUD

Orders under $50AUD, standard shipping rates apply

Our physical products are shipped from Brisbane, shipping prices will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery times will vary depending on distance but in general will take between 2-10 business days.

We currently offer two separate Domestic Shipping options:

  • Australia Post (Parcel Post)
  • and Sendle Domestic.

For our New Zealand customers:

Our physical products are shipped from Brisbane, shipping prices will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery times will vary depending on distance but in general will take between 10 - 16 business days.

For New Zealand customers we offer Australia Post International shipping.

UK Orders:

Orders containing £50 or more of physical products, qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping is sent via Royal Mail

Orders £26 - £49 of physical products qualify for flat rate shipping of £5

Our physical products are shipped from the United Kingdom, shipping prices will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery times will vary depending on distance but in general will take between 2-10 business days.

For the shipping to Europe, the following shipping options are available:

  • DHL Worldwide Express
  • and International Tracked - Parcel (Royal Mail)

Kindly be advised that orders shipping from the UK to Europe may be subject to customs and import duties based on the regulations of the recipient's country. These charges are not incorporated into the shipping cost.

For our customers in the Republic of South Africa:

Our physical products are shipped from Brisbane, shipping prices will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery times will vary depending on distance but in general will take between 12-30 business days

Please contact for a quote on shipping. Items are sent via DHL Express and we recommend that insurance be purchased in addition to shipping charges. 

     

    Shipping Delays

    Australia and New zealand

    Australia Post have issued an update regarding their current delivery times which can be found here:

    For our New Zealand deliveries there is a current ETA of 10-20 working days. There is a reduced number of international flights combined with an increased load of parcels during this busy time of the year which has resulted in these extended delays.

    United Kingdom and Europe

    Royal Mail's International Tracked - Parcel shipping service offers tracking and delivery confirmation for parcels sent from the UK to destinations worldwide. Delivery times for this service depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping option.

    Royal Mail's International Tracked - Parcel service does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and other factors.

    DHL Worldwide Express (WPX) is a premium express shipping service offered by DHL that delivers documents and packages worldwide. The delivery times for WPX depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping option.

    Republic of South Africa

    Once the parcel reaches the destination country, the local postal network of the country will be in charge of the delivery to you. This could impact final delivery times estimated by Sendle. 

    All eligible parcels covered for loss up to $100

    We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as the current worldwide pandemic, extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary

    Warranty Claims

    Sweet Pea Machine Embroidery physical products are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship on delivery. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 weeks of delivery of the product for either a replacement or refund.

    Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect IS NOT covered. Defective products will be replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value at the sole discretion of Sweet Pea Machine Embroidery Designs.

    ALL warranty claims MUST include the following forms of proof of purchase:

    • Proof of purchase – We must be able to see that you have purchased the product from our website (this may be your order number, account/name the order was placed under etc).
    • Proof of damage or defect must be submitted as a photo to our Customer Service team via email to the address below.

    Returns Policy

    We offer warranty on damage (see section above).

    Returns due to change of mind

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience, however if you have changed your mind, we may offer you a refund or store credit provided that the following conditions can be met:

    • The request is made within 30 days of purchase; and
    • You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and
    • The merchandise is in a saleable condition, that it is unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered; and
    • The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below.

    Excluded change of mind items

    • Digital designs; and
    • Gift cards

    Our team members will assess the item (in-store and online returns) to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns

    We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. SWPEA PTY LTD is not responsible for returns that are not received or damaged during return postage.

    Merchandise received by us after the specified return period will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.
